		<description>It&#039;s kind of a circle - the English clubs have more money because they had the largest pool of players to start with which allowed them to do better and make more money which... Money, sadly, seems to be what it&#039;s all about these days. A shame we can&#039;t also introduce a salary cap as the American football and ice hockey teams do. Players can still make a mint - far more than their wage - through sponsorship deals but it would help prevent players moving for the pound signs.</description>

		<description>Personally I agree that its mostly down to population size, it simply stands to reason that its much more likely that you will discover the players if you have more people ( kids in schools ) to be discovered in the first place. I think you should aso consider the money factor of the English clubs, they have more resources to find young player talent than the Scots, Irish and Welsh, therefore meaning there are more choices for the best club players playing for England.</description>
