Where Am I? If I'm in the UK, then this will be updated very regularly.
If I'm elsewhere in the world, this is more likely to be correct.

This would have been a good one to include in my When musical worlds collide post. Do you know if this was a one off or do they do this sort of thing on a regular basis? I’ll go and explore YouTube to see what it says about them.
Everyone be nice to David as he’s one of my course supervisors…! I’ll add your music blog to my RSS feed as well. In the meantime, I also highly recommend that you check out this earlier post about Van Canto, a German metal band featuring one drummer and five vocalists! I’ve got their album and it’s superb. As for the violin girls, I think this is a one-off but I’d be interested in hearing more myself.
Holy Mac, that is BRILLIANT.
Just needs a bald man with a moustache to rant into a microphone and then it’d be perfect…
I’m often impressed by how well metal songs stand up to purely instrumental adaptation. I’ve got a couple of albums of string versions of various acts and they’re all pretty good.
