You have to put in a formal complaint to SAAS who will 'deal with it internally' and if you are still not satisfied you can complain to the Ombudsman. The other thing I forgot to add was that they denied receiving an email from me on 20th October even though I have an email from them acknowledging receipt of it They didn't have an answer for that...Just as well it's not about anything important like university fees or living expenses...oh, oops guess we won't be eating for a while yet! Person no 1: We have not received the information you have now sent us on 6 occasions. Person no 2: We have received it but it's not the information we need even though it's what we told you we need. Person no 3 (case manager!): we have now lost the information that we found 2 minutes ago but if we do find it again, we will not need anything else other than a letter stating why you cannot provide details of your partner's income...Yes I know there is a letter somewhere confirming your separation but that does not explain why you cannot provide the details. Have you asked if they have a non-0845 number you can call? After all, what is someone on placement overseas supposed to do as many countries won't let you call "08..." numbers.
