You must the the fourth or fifth person with the "it's meant to be" statement and what's worse is that I've said it to other people in the past! I am keeping my options open - at my age I can't afford not to - but as with a couple of years back when I was in a similar (and much worse) emotional rut, any potential girlfriend has got someone pretty awesome to live up to. I think this pretty much sums up EXACTLY how I'm feeling at the current time too: 'Missing someone? Yes. Very much indeed. Sadly, I don’t think they’re missing me. Mood? Sad. Lonely. The waiters here in the US look at you like you've just confessed to being an axe murderer if you ask for your salad without dressing on it.
