I went in via the front page to do my complaint email and I <em>swear</em> that announcement wasn't there at the time. Hand on heart. As you said, though, not that it helps. The one time I did get through on the phone is was just a voice telling me how important my call was. Probably as they were raking money in hand over fist as I sat on hold. How utterly bizarre.
