The person on the phone hazarded a guess that perhaps the manager in Dundee was new - but I'd have thought a manager would have worked their way up from counter staff so should have known something as basic. They also didn't really get back to me. I had to chase them after 2 weeks. Overall, somewhat unimpressed to say the least. Not just weird, but in contradiction of their own company policy.
