I’m currently in a cybercafe in Mandalay, Myanmar. Internet access is slow and painful so this is just a quickie to let you all know I’ll be back online properly around Thursday next week once I get to KL.
The gangsta rap on the stereo’s just been replaces by Black Lace‘s Agadoo so I’m most definitely off…

yay! it’s great to hear from you Mosh, and that you’re having a whale of a time, too. Can’t wait to hear all about it. Myanmar, of all places!
So you’re heading to Aus later on yeah?
take good care!
hugs,
Amy
Hey, you. Details about Myanmar should all be posted on the Travel Blog when I get to KL in a couple of days. I’ve selected a hostel with free wi-fi for this very purpose!
And, yes, next stop from there will be Oz. I’m flying to Perth, then the plan’s to drive up to Darwin, down to Adelaide then hitch around the south and east up to Cairnes where I’m, hoping I can get a cheap flight to Osaka.
Just listening to the footie on the radio – Liverpool just drew against City, so title hopes are in the bin. A Toon win against the bitter Blues should put a small smile on my face….
Amy, yup – I fly to Perth in 2 days. I’m in KL now, and will be working my way around Oz. Just gimme a shout if you want to meet up for something other than a bloody Fosters! Myanmar updates on the travel blog from today. I’m working on them right now.
Weenie – well, we managed a draw with 10 men. And I’m not going to whinge about the red card. I watched the game in Yangon at the guest house and the tackle definitely deserved a sending off. Not a bad result against a team that much higher up the table than us.
