Made it! The Holy Land of Wacken Open Air! Three and a half days of incredible metal fun with Mark taking pics and me making stuff up to write down…

Finally, it’s ready! Still room for a few more (in particular I can’t believe I’ve not picked up a Sabaton one yet), and I’m still tempted to take the sleeves off but I am battle jacket-owning once more!

I was waiting to meet someone outside Rufus T Firefly in Glasgow and had to take a snap of their menu board…

This popped through, just to confirm everything and to set my mind at ease that I’d not booked transport and accommodation for nothing… absolutely bouncing!

Always a pleasure to meet, chat to and watch Black Stone Cherry on one of their regular visits to Glasgow. Tonight was Barrowlands. Their third (I think) show there, and my second seeing them.
