Another work-related one… I managed to get my S4 reports done way ahead of schedule for a change. Just my S6’s to do (nine of them) and I’m home and dry. No way I’m starting them at this time of night, though. It’d take longer to correct the spelling in the morning.

I finally finished the Databases module I’ve been working on for my S2 classes, and I’m quite pleased with it. It’s not quite the masterpiece I was hoping for, but it should entertain them enough that they don’t realise that they’re actually learning… and that’s half the battle.

Not so much a happy one as a relieved one. More work, but more money even if it’s just a nice hit before summer. Assuming the “qualification” section where I have to satisfy their seemingly random marking strategies doesn’t go completely to crap like it did the last time I tried… Apparently that was the new system that year being glitchy. I guess we’ll see.

I’m quite pleased with this little database table I made up as part of a PowerPoint I was making for our S2 classes. Yes, I spent longer on it that I probably should have…

More “relieved” than “happy” in honesty. Not been a great day, but I did get all of my S4 class’s prelims marked and I’m (generally!) quite pleased with them. Just glad to have finished another big stack of work.
