Bit of a food theme this week. I’ve just been for dinner with friends in Spalding, Lincolnshire. They took me a very nice (but inexpensive) pub/restaurant called the Royal Mail Cart on Pinchbeck Road. Highly recommended.
The steak just melted on the tongue. In all seriousness, the best I think I’ve ever eaten. After that, the Mars Bar and Snickers I have to tide me over the rest of the evening seem woefully inadequate. *sigh*
