You may remember the US’ Hollywood stuntpilot attempt to rescue a landing space capsule a few weeks ago. Which kinda failed when the capsule’s parachute didn’t open and it crunched into the ground.
Well, China has decided to go one better and land a capsule in a village. Despite apparently destroying one small house, its reassuring to know that “the landing technology of [China]’s satellites is very mature and the precision of the landing point is among the best in the world”.
Sooo….. it landed on the house on purpose? Wow, now that is incredible accuracy. I assume the guy who owns it had said something he shouldn’t about the government. Or dropped some chewing gum, or something.
They’re strict over there.
Maybe the village was in the only flat spot around and they thought – sod it they’re only peons etc etc ?
