Another concoction. Fried peppers, to which I added a generous dollop of hot salsa, grated cheese and chopped ham. Heated until runny and poured over tortilla chips. I was really pleased until Austin pointed out that I’d made nachos. Bugger. Someone else beat me to it.

Another work picture as we were back for the first of three days’ in-service before the start of term. It’s actually great going back in after the long break and catching up with colleagues, and gearing up for the pupils returning!
